Local Pickup (Miami, Florida)

For our local clients, we offer complimentary pickup.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup

  • Valid ID may be required at the time of pickup

Please note: Pickup is by appointment only to ensure a seamless and private experience.

 

Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are delivered via email and are processed within 24 hours.

  • No physical shipment is required

  • Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly

  • If you do not receive your gift card, please check your spam folder or contact us

 

Physical Gift Cards (if applicable)

If physical gift cards are offered:

  • Processed within 1–3 business days

  • Shipped via standard delivery or local pickup

Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
