Refund Policy

At Vital SKN, we are committed to delivering a high-end, personalized experience with every service. Due to the customized nature of paramedical tattoo treatments, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy.

 

Service Policy (No Refunds on Services)

​

All services provided by Vital SKN are non-refundable.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual client, including time, preparation, and professional expertise. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

 

Deposits

​

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment

  • All deposits are non-refundable 

  • Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice

  • Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

We understand that schedules may change and aim to be as accommodating as possible.

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of deposit

  • Rebooking after a no-show may require a new deposit

 

Results & Touch-Ups

​

Paramedical tattoo results vary based on:

  • Skin type and condition

  • Healing process

  • Aftercare compliance

Additional sessions may be required to achieve optimal results and are not considered grounds for a refund.

 

Products & Gift Cards

 

Products (if applicable):

  • Unused, unopened products may be eligible for exchange only within 3 days

  • Used or opened products are not eligible for refund or exchange

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash

  • Gift cards may be transferable unless otherwise stated

 

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate medical and skin history

  • Following all pre-care and aftercare instructions

Failure to follow guidelines may impact results and does not qualify for a refund.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

 

In rare cases, concerns will be evaluated on an individual basis. Our priority is always client satisfaction, and we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution when possible.
